How To Add a Google Chat Badge to your Website
I’ve been searching for a way to add chat to my website, but I am sick of having to run separate programs (Zoho tab or Digsby). I have my GMail open in a Firefox 4 tab all day long, as I’m sure most people do.This means I have Google Chat open all day too!Just go to the Google Chat Badge site and make sure you are logged in with your GMail account. On this screen you will be given some options to edit the chat badge and then the code to add to your site on the bottom.This is very basic chat widget, but that’s all I need or want. How To Add a Google Voice Widget to your Website
Another great tool from G that I use is Google Voice and of course you can create a voice widget as well. This is pretty cool because your website visitor can type in their name and phone number, then Google will call them and finally connect to me.Don’t worry, I will answer the phone but I Do SCAN,
To install your Google Voice Widget just head over to your GV account and open the settings. Click on Call Widgets then click Add New Widget and follow the steps, super easy.You can Call Me if you wish, but please do leave a message as I am on the phone most of the day during the week.
