Look no Further

I believe that I should never pay for anything that I can learn myself. The Internet is full of information and there really isn’t anything you cannot learn, if you just take the time. I have years of practice searching Google for information for database or website code. Finally I have found one website  for everything I need.

Primarily I use NetTuts+ and PsdTuts+, but will use FlashTuts+ from time to time. Along with my favorite tutorials you can also find;

Now for the reason I am even writing this post, NetTuts+ has totally changed my search tendencies. I used to hit Google and browse around to find a bunch of different websites or blogs to find the tutorial I like. Now, I just go the tutsplus.com because they have everything there.

There is no need to go anywhere else

Last week I received a new project where I needed a website that would connect to a back-end database. I would need a few basic things to get started, but I wanted to try out some new tutorials. Rather that draw out a super long post, I am going to link to the posts that I used to create the website. Using these tutorials I had the entire site finished in one day, and looking really nice. Obviously, I changed many pieces of the code to suit my clients needs. That is the point of NetTuts+; check out the about us page over at TutsPlus. They have a license you should check out… (It’s FREE!)

I would give you some screen shots of the project, by I am not allowed to. But, besides some colors, pictures and div sizes, it looks like a compilation of the above tutorials.

I suggest you head over there and subscribe to the RSS feeds. You will have brand new tutorials to look at every day. And, if you are like me you will be inspired to build a nice website.
